Trauma Therapy is based and registered in the UK. We offer online psychotherapy to clients across the country.
Is therapy offered online or in person?
All sessions are currently offered online via secure video call. Online therapy allows for flexibility, discretion, and continuity of care, regardless of location.
Who is therapy suitable for?
Therapy may be helpful if you are experiencing ongoing emotional difficulties, anxiety, stress, disconnection, or repeating relational patterns. You do not need a diagnosis or a clearly defined problem in order to enquire.
If you are unsure whether this approach is right for you, an initial consultation offers space to discuss this.
Are therapists qualified and accredited?
Yes. All therapy is provided by fully qualified practitioners who are registered with recognised UK professional bodies and work in accordance with established ethical guidelines.
How does online therapy work?
Sessions take place via secure video call at an agreed time. You will need a private space, a stable internet connection, and a device with video and audio capability. Further details are provided once a session is booked.
How often are sessions held?
Sessions are typically held weekly, though frequency can be discussed depending on your needs and circumstances.
Do you offer a consultation?
Yes. We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation call to discuss what you are looking for and to answer any questions before deciding whether to proceed.
How much does a session cost?
Individual sessions are £95 for 50 minutes.
