Our mission is to offer a deeper, more expansive approach to healing, one that looks beyond personal growth to understand how the world around us shapes who we are. Healing is not only about processing emotions, but about questioning the beliefs we’ve absorbed, recognising the influences that have shaped us, and finding clarity in a world that often disconnects us from ourselves.

OUR STORY
Trauma Therapy (TT) was founded by British Psychotherapist Georga Gorrell, whose work is shaped by both lived experience and years of therapeutic practice. After overcoming childhood cancer and navigating the absence of meaningful emotional support, Georga began a lifelong search for deeper answers, exploring the connections between trauma, the body, and the mind beyond conventional models.
Her practice integrates neuroscience, depth psychology, biology, and trauma-informed mind–body approaches, bridging traditional therapy with a broader, holistic understanding of healing.
TT was created as a space for deep, meaningful work, where therapy is more than a session, and where clients can explore what it truly means to heal, grow, and live with authenticity.
